Shipping FAQ

All products that are in stock ship within 3 - 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after your order has been placed. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Your package should arrive within 5-7 business days. We do not and cannot guarantee shipping time-frames as there can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.

We offer free shipping on all Domestic Orders shipping first class mail of $50 or more. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Sometimes your package can arrive sooner or later.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

 

Holiday Shipping - We do not ship on the holidays that we are closed on. 

Christmas and New Year - We are closed from December 24th - January 2nd. All shipping will resume on January 3rd, 2022.
