Refund and Return Policy
Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior to you returning the item, you must contact us within the 7 day return period to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# is necessary for processing your return. Please contact us by email: email@example.com. If you do not contact us within 7 days no refunds will be issued. ***YOU MUST SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DATE THAT RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) IS ISSUED TO YOU.***
***There are no returns on bulk orders. Bulk orders are considered 10 pieces or more of one item. ***

Any product that is returned to Poppies Beads n' More without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return. You will not receive credit for the product and the product will not be shipped back to you. You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part such as (the wrong item was shipped, the item was defective etc.)
Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and free from defect. We recommend that you insure the return package. If the return package is lost or damaged during return transit, Poppies Beads n' More is not liable for that.
Once your returned item has been received, you will receive a credit or refund of the full purchase paid price less shipping and handling fees.
